The only roof flashing you install from INSIDE the building, OVER shingles, or similar roofing materials which forms a weather tight seal for vent pipe penetrations. Patented and proven, the Kozy Kollar utilizes three independent gasket systems that are designed to work in conjunction with each other to Keep out the elements and Keeps You Off The Roof.

Installation is easy, as 1,2,3.

Step 1:

From inside the building, square the template between the roof rafters. Cut the roof using a reciprocating saw equipped with a rough-in blade. The downward pull of the blade will cut the shingles cleanly.

Step 2:

Apply a thin bead of the sealant supplied with the Kozy Kollar into the Main Seal. With four of the six threaded studs installed, pass the Kozy Kollar through the opening and position it on the shingles. The stud will hold the Kollar in place.

Step 3:

Install the two remaining studs, position the Lower Mounting Plates. Install the six rod coupling and tighten to 8 ft. lbs.
